Welcome to La Fabrica USA. By creating an account or using our mobile app, you agree to the following terms.
1. The Service
La Fabrica USA's app lets you book coaching sessions and massage appointments with our gym, and purchase supplements and accessories from our in-app store.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information (name and phone number) when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to coach/service availability.
- You may cancel a booking through the app up until 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking, and will notify you if this happens.
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions on your account.
4. Store Orders
- Prices shown in the app are in Moroccan Dirham (Dh) and include any applicable service charge shown at checkout.
- Orders can be paid for by cash on delivery or in person at the gym.
- Product availability is subject to stock on hand; we'll notify you if an item becomes unavailable.
- Once placed, an order can be cancelled by contacting the gym before it's been prepared for delivery/pickup.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to access another user's account or data, interfering with the app's normal operation, or reserving slots you do not intend to attend.
6. Health & Physical Activity
Coaching and massage services involve physical activity. You are responsible for informing your coach of any relevant health conditions or physical limitations before a session. La Fabrica USA is not liable for injuries resulting from participation in sessions where relevant health information was not disclosed.
7. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, La Fabrica USA is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
