This Privacy Policy explains how La Fabrica USA ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile app and related services — coaching bookings, massage bookings, and the in-app store.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address (used to sign in) and full name.
- Phone number: required to confirm bookings — your coach or the gym may use this to contact you.
- Delivery address: collected only if you choose delivery for a store order.
- Booking & order history: the coaching sessions, massage appointments, and store orders you make through the app.
- Push notification token: a device identifier used to send booking confirmations, reminders, and order updates. Not shared with third parties.
We do not collect payment card details — orders are paid by cash on delivery or in person at the gym.
How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account, process and confirm your bookings and orders, send you push notifications about them, let your coach contact you about a session, and to operate and improve the app.
Who Can See Your Information
Your name, phone number, and booking/order details are visible to La Fabrica USA staff and administrators for the purpose of running the gym and fulfilling your bookings and orders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls restricting who can view your information.
Data Retention
We retain your account and booking/order history for as long as your account is active, so you can view your history in the app. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
Your Rights
- Update your name, phone number, and address any time in the app's Profile section
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request that your account and data be deleted
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the date above when changes are made.
